U.S. Shipping Rates
For the contiguous United States, transit time is calculated in business days.
Expedited orders placed weekdays before 12pm EST (Noon) are processed and shipped the same day. Expedited orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend are shipped the next business day.
Surfboard rates are charged per board starting at $69.99.
PO Boxes
Orders shipping to a PO Box can only contain small items and must use standard shipping. We can not ship to a PO Box if your order contains larger items or uses expedited shipping. Contact Us for more information about shipping to a PO Box.
Signature Required? No problem
If you purchased something and would like to have it delivered with Signature Required upon delivery, please follow these instructions:
- Place your order online or on the phone.
- Email info@strayboards.com your order number.
- In the body of the email request that the package is delivered with Signature Required.
*Requests for this service must be issued within an hour of placing your order. Your package is the responsibility of the driver until they deliver it to you. In unique instances, they will still deliver without a signature.
What if my order is damaged in shipping?
Any shipping damage must be reported within 4 days of delivery. Contact us at info@strayboards.com or 949-484-5310, we will be happy to assist you. To help us serve you better, please take photos of the damages, including damage to the packaging and detailed pictures of damage to any items. Please also keep all packaging materials, you may need them later.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final on used boards. For accessories we have a 30 day return policy. Item must be new in original packaging. If needing to return accessories please email us at info@strayboards.com.
