San Clemente, once a sleepy little beach town, has become recognized all over the world for its clean sandy beaches, colorful sunsets, and a beautiful pier with an interesting history. Kurt Snibbe's hand drawn rendering of the "pier bowl" has a little bit of everything; a nod to a former US president, lots of crazy characters, and surfers, both in the water and also shredding in the clouds. A donation is made with the sale of every puzzle to the San Clemente Historical Society. As a bonus, inside the box you will find a brief history of the San Clement pier, compliments of local resident, Christine M. Lampert, Architect.
