ABOUT THE TRADITIONAL "PERFORMANCE": A slight tweak on our Dolphin template, the Performance single fin is the go-to for your single fin shortboard, or in your midlength as a single fin or 2+1 setup. With a slightly narrowed base and tip, this Performance single is not interested in being surfed flat. Instead, it's designed to pivot hard off the bottom and tight arcs in and around the pocket. Load, Release, and Project. The Performance single is what you want if you want to push your board rail-to-rail through the tightest of turns.
