This 7'0" Channel Islands Pro-Step "Proton'' step-up/gun is the perfect surfboard for someone looking for a big wave board, or a full-volume shortboard for beginners, bigger dudes, or something to play around on!
Condition: The deck has medium to average pressure wear. The bottom/belly is in like-new condition. The tail had to tiny pea-sized areas our Strayboards literally did a reseal repairs. This board is solid, watertight, and totally reliable for a very long time and many surfs to come!
The 2010 late winter saw the Proton Step-Up become the most common step-up in use with the CI team. With its pronounced rocker, it is a natural choice for steep faces and on-rail surfing. Single concave gives the board plenty of drive for critical situations. Scale up with your same width and thickness.
