CONDITIOIN: This "UFO" model by Becker Surfboards is in excellent condition! The deck has scattered light pressures, most of which are under the front and back foot. The belly is also clean with a handful of scattered light pressures (mostly toward the top of the board) and one medium pressure along the left rail approx 2 feet below the nose. There are a few very minor repairs that were made to ensure the board was watertight - one to the tail tip, one to the right rail approx 6" below the nose, and one on the belly - approx 2 feet below the nose. All repairs were done professionally, and are smooth, flush, and completely water tight. This board feels super fresh and is ready to wax and ride!
FROM BECKER: The Becker UFO is an updated classic longboard falling into the All-Around category. The UFO offers great paddling with fantastic noseriding capabilities. Phil Becker uses exactly the same template that built the famous “Rick” UFO model he shaped in the mid-sixties, the rails, rockers, and contours are all modern. This would be our widest contempory longboard shape. Bahne box center, and O’fish’l side fins allow you to ride a classic single fin style, or a more performance driven tri-fin set up… Just a tad of nose concave for a smooth rail to rail transition, and a little more lift for noseriding without slowing down the drive.
